(ModernSurvival.org) – North Korea is making news for the second time in the span of a week. As you might suspect, it isn’t good news. If anything, it’s a reaffirmation that they have zero intention of putting a stop to their tests, and what’s even worse is, they are willing to conduct them when the world seems to be at its knees.
With the world’s eyes firmly set on the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), North Korea is raising the stakes yet again with its second missile test of the year. This time, Kim Jong Un personally presided over the drill.

According to North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Commander, Terrence O’Shaughnessy, the country is making considerable improvements to their intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM). Not a comforting thought.
In response to North Korea’s actions, multiple countries issued concerns at the U.N. Security Council, Thursday. They claim these tests are provocations that could degrade the stability in the region.
These recent test-fires come after a three-month break by the regime. It’s speculated the projectiles tested were KN-25 ballistic missiles.
There seems to be an overabundance of things to worry about in the world right now, and adding more negativity to the mix can be disheartening. As survivalists, it’s our duty to stay informed — we need to be aware of what is going on around us so that we can prepare accordingly. Watch your back in these trying times, because you can bet when you aren’t looking, the enemy is.
